Our breads are entirely made and baked in our workshop by the Chef baker Grégory and his team, throughout the day. La Maison Mulot offers a selection of breads made with Organic Moulins Bourgeois flour. A family mill located since 1895 in the Petit Morin valley, 80 km from Paris. The organic mill is located within their historic site in Verdelot. It grinds exclusively French cereals, on stone grinders and on cylinders. The pastries are made with quality products, including La Viette AOP pure butter.
